Condos & Apartments

Condos & Apartments

Condos (short for condominiums) and apartments are both types of residential units within a building or complex, but they differ in ownership and structure.

  • Condos are individually owned units within a larger building or complex, where owners share common areas (like lobbies, gyms, or pools) but own their specific unit. Condo owners are responsible for maintaining their own unit, while the condo association handles common areas and building maintenance. Condos often offer amenities and services like security, parking, and shared recreational facilities.

  • Apartments are rental units that are owned by a landlord or property management company. Tenants lease the apartment for a set period and are responsible for paying rent and maintaining the interior. Apartments typically don’t offer the same level of individual ownership and may have fewer amenities compared to condos, depending on the property.

Both options offer modern living spaces and are popular in urban and resort areas, providing convenience, comfort, and access to community amenities.
