Our vision is a world where no animal suffers from mistreatment, abuse, or neglect. Our mission is to reduce the number of stray dogs and cats in Southeast Asia through targeted sterilization programs and community education.

We focus on preventing unwanted births and reducing overpopulation through our CNVR (Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return) programs. By doing so, we address the root cause of stray animal populations while also keeping rabies and other infectious diseases at bay through vital vaccination efforts.
