The Sisters on Samui Foundation is dedicated to supporting the local community on Koh Samui, Thailand. With a focus on education, healthcare, and community development, the foundation aims to provide essential resources and create long-term solutions for those in need.
The foundation supports local children with school supplies, scholarships, and mentoring, helping break the cycle of poverty. It also improves healthcare access by organizing medical clinics and offering mental health support. The foundation provides direct assistance to vulnerable families, offering emergency housing, legal aid, and food assistance.
Through sustainability programs, environmental initiatives, and support for local businesses, especially those owned by women, the foundation works to strengthen and empower the Samui community. It relies on donations, fundraising events, and volunteers to continue its work.

This April, we’re heading back to the stunning Melia Koh Samui on Choeng Mon Beach—a true oasis of wellness on our beautiful island. We last celebrated here for Christmas in 2021, and we’re thrilled to return for another unforgettable gathering!
Chef Lluis Cantons and the talented team at Melia have crafted a special buffet menu, featuring the finest local ingredients—with something for every taste! Drinks will be available from the hotel’s regular menu.
Parking: Limited onsite & roadside parking—please carpool or share a taxi where possible!
Giving Back: Your attendance at this lunch will contribute 100 THB to the "Earthquake appeal" for Myanmar earthquake victims.
We’ll also have a Donation box at the event for anyone who would like to support this appeal—and for every donation received, SOS will match the amount.
